Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. WNY Facility Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. If tuition and fees are collected in advance to the start date of the program and WNY Facility Solutions LLC cancels the class, 100% of tuition and fees will be refunded. In the case of cancelation, you will be contacted by phone or email within 3 business days prior to the class start date.
  2. Appropriate refunds for a student who does not begin classes due to cancelation shall be made within 30 days of the class start date.
  3. Student cancellations received more than 14 days prior to course start date will be issued a refund with a 25% nonrefundable seat deposit fee. Cancellations received within 7 days of a course start date are ineligible for any refund as instructors, equipment, and room rentals are scheduled based on course attendance.
  4. For cancellations you must contact WNY Facility Solutions LLC via email at Aaron@WNYFacilitySolutions.com or at 716-698-5651 and you must leave a voicemail. Messages will be time and date stamped by the voicemail and email systems.
  5. There will be NO REFUNDS of tuition if you are dismissed from the program, do not meet the program requirements, or drop out of the program without notice.

Course Materials Refund Policy

  1. Course materials are non-refundable. For materials purchased and not delivered prior to 14 days before the course start date, unopened (still in plastic wrapping) in like new condition, WNY Facility Solutions may refund these items with 25% restocking fee. Cancelations within 7 days of the course start date will not receive a refund a refund on course materials. 
  2. Once a student receives their books and course material they become the property of the student, and WNY Facility Solutions LLC does not accept merchandise returns nor make refunds for course material. If a student loses any of this material it is his or her responsibility to purchase a replacement.

Outstanding Balances

WNY Facility Solutions LLC reserves the right to withhold student transcripts, certificates of completion for examinations to any student who has an outstanding balance within their program.

Student Responsibility Requirements

  1. Devices in Classroom. Students are permitted to use digital devices for note-taking and class participation. Audio recording, video recording, and taking photographs are not permitted during class. To avoid classroom disruption, please set all devices to “silent”.
  2. Class Etiquette. A basic expectation of this course is that everyone behaves in a respectful and collaborative manner. Please show mutual respect for classmates, instructors, guests, and the facility.
  3. Students should strive to be consistently punctual, well prepared, and professional to prepare them for the workforce.
  4. As this is an adult education professional licensing exam course, it is assumed that students will have a general understanding of what it means to be “professional”, with minimum expectations for this course include:
    • Arriving to class on time.
    •  Attending classes and paying attention.
      • Attendance will be taken for each class and will be supplied to an employer who sponsors a student’s tuition if requested.
      • If a student does not attend 80% of the assigned classes a certificate of completion will not be issued unless prior arrangements are made with the instructor.
      • Students are expected to focus on class material during class time.
  5. Participating in class without disrupting or interrupting.
  6. Showing respect and concern for others by not monopolizing class discussion.
  7. Not sleeping, talking to others, browsing the internet, checking emails or social media.
Anyone who does not follow the above-mentioned policies and requirements may be asked to terminate their participation in their course and will not receive a refund for their tuition nor class materials.
